The Base Food Court, Hamilton

The Base Food Court is a very busy open spaced area made from hard materials and has a steady flow of foot traffic which creates a lot of reverberant noise. The acoustic material needed to control such a large volume space required a design that would discretely hide the material so Asona Fabwall™ 3D was decided upon to control the excess noise whilst creating a dramatic wall feature that mirrors the exterior concrete wall forms of the shopping mall. Varying Fabwall™ thicknesses of Fabwall™ 25, 50, 75 & 100 mm and a grey tonal palette were used to achieve a 3D appearance. Manufactured and installed by: Asona Limited
